Course objectives
The aim of the course is to develop practical skills regarding legally relevant numerical calculations.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to
understand and apply particular legal rules related to numerical operations
calculate time periods envisaged by substantive and procedural rules
calculate periodical payments, interests and other monetary operations
calculate costs of legal representation
calculate costs of public sector bodies

The course consists of exercises with demonstrations of practical assignments.
Assessment methods
The evaluation will consist of a written test (electronically taken in a PC lab) and a discussion or a presentation of a solution of a practical scenario.
