- Course objectives
- The objective of the course is to provide students with some practical outlook on corporate law in addition to theoretical knowledge, namely acquisitions and disposals of limited liability and joint stock companies with a particular emphasis on: • due diligence, • transaction structuring, • acquisitions and • labour aspects of acquisitions and disposals. In addition to the theoretical background, students will acquire knowledge of some practical aspects of transactions including the preparation of basic transactional documentation. Not only will the students have an opportunity to use their current knowledge of corporate law and other legal disciplines, but they will also be able to apply practical and logical thinking that is necessary for the execution of corporate transactions.
