Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are understanding of following subjects: Internation governmental organization as a derivative subject of international law. Historical development. Structure, competences, rules of international law concerning intergovernmental organizations. Survey of most important organizations, current problems.
Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of law od international organizations. - student will be able to identify the controversial points in the field of international organizations. - Student will be able to critically think on IOs. . Student will understand wider legal background to international organizations.
Syllabus
  • Internation governmental organization as a derivative subject of international law. Historical development. Structure, competences, rules of international law concerning intergovernmental organizations. Survey of most important organizations, current problems.
