Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to:
define the basic differences in the approaches of selected countries within the European Union and European Free Trade Association to the basic issues of international procedural law;
make interpretations based on the basic rules of comparative law in international procedural law;
used for training purposes information on conceptual approaches to the regulation of international procedural law in various states of the European Union and European Free Trade Association.

  • Citizenship in the international procedural law.
  • The values the public order in international procedural law.
  • Typology of proceedings and its influence on theconcept of international procedural law.
  • Conceptual approaches to recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in the European Union and European Free Trade Association.

Assessment methods
The study - a detailed analysis of international-procedural relations between the Czech Republic and selected countries, which identifies the springs and use them resolve conflict, take into account the problematic areas in the abstract regulation using the methods of comparative law.
Presentation and defense of the study before the teacher and other students.
