Course objectives
The aim of course is to intruduce the general issues of Environment Law. The lectures are accompanied by the seminars where the Environment Law issues are discussed as well as its connections with other law disciplines. The contect of the seminars corresponds to deeper specialization of the teachers running the seminars.
Syllabus
  • Environment Law - essential concepts. Constitutional bases of Environment Law. The right to favourable environment. Organizational measures for ensuring Environment Law. Solving the clash of interests in the territory and entvironment protection. Prevention and responsibility in Environment Law. Market and financing of environment protection. Economic instruments for the protection of the environment. Protection of favourable environment conditions. International protection of environment.
