- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to explain the development of legal institutions and legal institutes in connection with and depending on decisive social changes and point out the connection between processes, which occur in society and changes, which we can follow in modern law.
- Syllabus
- Characteristics of modern law. Vested human rights. Phenomenon of nationalism in modern history. World division into blocks and WWI. Versailles system. United Nations. Fascism and totalitarian systems. WWII. Foundation of the United Nations organisation. Development after 1945 - " Cold War ". Development of law in the USA. Development of law in Russia and the USSR. Development of law in France. Development of law in Germany. Development of law in Italy.
