Course objectives
The module in intented on the aplication of the labour law in the enterprise. The attention will be given to this institutes of labour law which are necessary for directing of the personnel processes in the enterprise.
Syllabus
  • 1. Labour Law - subject of the legal regulation, basic sources 2. The labour law implements for creating and developing of the personnel - obtaining of the employees - the individual kinds of the employment relationships - arising, changing and termination of the employment relationship - the aplication of the principle of equal treatment, prohibition of discrimination, mobbing 3. The labour law implements for directing of the work process - the enterprise legal provisions - the enterprise social and remuneration policy - social dialoque 4. Prevention and liability in labour law - the occupational safety and health protection at work - liability for damage
