Course objectives
The aim of one-term course is to introduce the general issues of Environmental Law. The subject-matter od the course includes both general institutions and special parts of Environmentqal Law.
Syllabus
  • General part: Basic concepts, the system, sources, entienties and constitotional grounds for Environmental Law. The participation of the public in making decisions on the environment. The rights to industrion about the environment. Prevention in Environmental Law. Liability in Environmental Law. Economic instruments for the environment protection. Special part: Air protection. Wastage. Water protection. Land and forest protection. Nature conservation.
