Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: understand the area of international commercial arbitration and of law of obligations and their legal regulation; use acquired knowledge for practical legal argumentation; work with practical legal problem; work and argue in English at very high level; take part in final of famous international competition

  • 10.2.-12.2. - Premoot in Warsaw
  • 19.2.-21.2. - Premoot in Prague
  • 26.2.-28.2. - Premoot in Berlin (Humboldt University)
  • 12.3.-13.3. - Premoot in Budapest(Central European University)
  • 18.3.-20.3. - Premoot in Dusseldorfu
  • 25.3.-1.4. - Final in Vienna
  • Meetings and trainings with the assistance of sponsors (Clifford and Chance, Mališ Nevrkla Legal, Polverini Strnad, Vašíček Frimmel, Honěk, Atlas consulting, Unie pro rozhodčí a mediační řízení ČR)
  • The programme of seminars will include the prepration for particular abovementioned events and all seminars will be focused on final in Vienna.
