Cíle předmětu
Course objectives:
- To enable the student to understand the rules and provisions regulating the e-money issue and the legal nature of the relationship among the parties concerned;
- Training students to make reasoned decisions regarding the problems resulting from the application of e-money system;
- The development of the student's ability to interpret the texts mentioned in the contracts governing the rights and obligations of the parties concerned.

Outline
1. Highlighting the stages of the historical development of e.money in different legal systems.
2. Identifying the provisions of electronic money issuance, through recognising the legal nature of e. money, in the light of the law and jurisprudence and identifying the types of e. money (E .purse. E.cash).
3. The legal obligations arising from the contracts governing the relationship among the parties concerned as for e.money and these parties are The bank, the merchant and the customer.
4. Showing the provisions that evidence transactions in e. money, especially in light of the multiplicity of relations arising from this money.
5. Showing the provisions on methods of resolving disputes that might arise among the parties to e.money either by litigation or arbitration.
