Výstupy z učení
At the end of the course, students should be able to know:
- how to set up agreements within the EU,
- how to establish and run a company within the European Union,
- how to employ staff and recognize workers’ rights and obligations,
- how to comply with tax regulations and environmental standards, successfully analyse EU case law and draft case reports,
- how to resolve cross-border disputes, how to protect and defend a company’s products and brands and by obtaining trademarks,
- how to protect and defend a company’ inventions by obtaining and licensing patents,
- how to find and understand relevant regulations governing the European Competition Regime,
- how to create a competitive edge for a company and apply the basic principles of EU competition law,
- how to construct and present a persuasive legal argument, understand the consumer protection rules.
