Prerequisites

The participation at the course Private International Law I is the basic prerequisite for the attending of the course PIL II. Passing through the course in Civil Law and Business Law can be seen as a favourable prerequisite for the students from other faculties.

Course objectives
The course in Private International Law II is focused on the international procedure law, european international procedure law.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Student bude po absolvování předmětu schopen: - identifikovat základní problémy vázané na soukromoprávní poměry s mezinárodním prvkem - určit a popsat základní doktríny mezinárodního práva soukromého - popsat základní principy, které ovládají české a unijní mezinárodní právo soukromé - řešit jednoduché příklady z oblasti mezinárodního práva soukromého - sepsat klauzurní práce na témata probíraná v rámci kursu

  • Aktuální témata přednášek pro daný semestr jsou uvedeny v interaktivní osnově k předmětu.

Teaching methods
Practical exercises. Homeworks. Solution of the examples.
Assessment methods
Seminars with the class discussion. 3 written tests. The final test.
