Course objectives
Subject extends the knowledge gained in the course of study Financial law I and Commercial Law I - III. The objective of the course is to gain knowledge of the legal regulatiion and functioning of the Systems of Payment. In particular: non-cash payments, electronic payment, payment systems and financial arbitrator as well as the issue of central banking and banking supervision.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, student should be able to describe structural components of the payments systems, explain their practical sense for the payments and electronic payment instruments and apply the knowledge while interacting with the bank and/or the central bank and financial arbitrator.

Teoretic lectures and practic drills.
Assessment methods
Seminars are required. Conditions for colloquium are defined in syllabus and includes individual written work and the on-line tests (minimum 60% to pass).
