Course objectives
The main objectives of this course can be summarized as follows: to develop student’s theoretical knowledge of origin, realization and extinction of the contractual obligations and of other obligations created by other ways, to develop the research of the relationship between the obligations created in all branches of law. Very important is to develop studying a harmonisation of Czech law with community law.

  • 1. The concept of contractual relationships. 2. The origin of contractual relationships. 3. Responsibility relationships. 4. Security for obligations. 5. Extinction of obligation. 6. Sales contract and Contract for work. 7. Other contractual types.
