Abstract
The aim of this course is the analysis of conflict and procedural issues of intellectual property rights from the point of view of private international law. The analysis is both from the point of view of the doctrinal foundations of both subjects (principle of territoriality, purpose and function), as well as their manifestations in specific legal norms and provisions.
Learning outcomes
The basic requirement for the output of this course is an oral discussion of the problem. At the same time, the student is expected to write an article or conference paper on a topic covered in this course and assigned at the beginning of the semester by the instructor.
