- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the international trade law in its three levels. The course is aimed at the basic overview of international economic law (sources, subjects), the law of WTO, common trade policy of the EU and at the legal regulation of international transactions.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course the student should be able:
to identify three levels of relationships existing in international trade; to understand the mutual relationship between these levels; to understand the rudiments of the legal regulation of these levels; to apply legal rules to simple cases - Syllabus
