Abstract
The course aims to develop B2-level language proficiency (CEFR) with a focus on academic and specialized language used in public administration. The primary goal is to enhance students' ability to engage with and produce texts relevant to public administration. Students will gain proficiency in using technical terminology and will improve their capacity to understand complex texts related to their field. Additionally, the course will equip students with the skills necessary for effective communication with foreigners, enabling them to interact more confidently and provide clear guidance.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students will have developed B2-level proficiency, particularly in the context of public administration. They will be able to read and understand complex texts related to public administration, extracting key information and applying it effectively. Students will also be able to write clear and accurate documents, such as cover letters and letters of advice using appropriate technical and academic terminology. Additionally, they will gain the skills needed to communicate confidently with foreigners, providing clear guidance and support.
