Abstract
Within the module courses, students should learn to formulate their own professional analytical solutions to more specific professional questions and the ability to present them to a professional audience. The aim of the course is therefore to provide students with precisely targeted information relating to current areas of securities and capital market law.
Learning outcomes
After completion of the course the student will be able to present in oral and written output an analysis of a specific narrowly focused professional topic in the field of securities and capital market law.
Key topics
The course consists of six individual, or collective, consultations, where the student is guided to present an oral and written analysis of a specific detailed problem in securities law or capital market law. The topic corresponds to the current state of knowledge and case law in this area.

Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Collective discussion on the individual milestones of the project. Consultation on partial issues in the framework of consultations. Peer review of results.
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
The output is a presentation (oral or written) of the project results, usually to a wider audience at a departmental meeting. It will be assessed according to the standards of the discipline.
Alternate completion
In case of a foreign study trip, it is possible to take the course in an alternative form, consultations (even collective) can take place online.
