Abstract
The purpose of the training is to deepen the understanding and theoretical and practical issues of the subject of the dispute. The course focuses on the theoretical concepts of the subject of litigation and their practical implications for the key institutes of civil procedure.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a subject-matter of proceedings.
