Course objectives
The sutdent wil be able to: describe, define and manage the life threating preeclampsia, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, prenatal diagnostics, placental disorders, postpartal bleeding and ectopic pregnancy.
Learning outcomes
The Student will after completing the course able to: - correctly differentially diagnostically evaluate the acute condition in a woman - the right practical care of a woman in field care - the right care; - the proper care of a woman in a hospital environment - proper evaluation and resolution of the specified case reports.
Syllabus
  • The main topics are:
  • Acute conditions in gynecology - ectopic pregnancy, metrorrhagia, complications during gynecological surgery
  • Acute conditions in pregnancy - abortion, hemorrhage, eclampsia, infections, trauma, coma
  • Acute conditions in childbirth - placental abruption, hypoxia, premature birth, bleeding, atony
  • Acute conditions and obstetric complications during surgery
  • Acute conditions of confinement - mastitis, residuals, endometritis
