Abstract
Students will assume basic swimming skills (breathing, flowing, propulsion movements) during the practical exercises and the correct technique of swimming breaststroke, backstroke and crawl according to valid rules.
Students learn the basic techniques of rescue in the pool.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of basic swimming skills (breathing, flowing)
- demonstrate the basic physical abilities of the swimming method of breaststroke, backstroke and crawl
- apply acquired skills in their individual concept of swimming techniques - swimming style

- to demonstrate the basic rescue skill and swimming under water

Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
pratical training
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
Proof of swimming skills (technique and distance) in three swimming modes: 100m breastsstroke, 50m crawl, 50m backstroke. The active participation in the classes is necessarily and meeting attendance. Completing a lifeguard training session.  
Alternate completion
Make-up absences only by arrangement with the instructor.
