Course objectives (in Czech)
Vybudování tzv. shared mental model v rámci skupiny lektorů (jednotného přístupu k výuce založené na simulacích). Nastavení společných komunikačních pravidel pro usnadnění vzájemné spolupráce. Seznámení se základní teorií výuky dospělých a debriefingu. Trénování základních technik debriefingu. Aplikování základních teorií výuky dospělých v praxi (např. práce se skupinou, dynamika skupiny, atd.).
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Student je schopen v praktické výuce postupovat dle základních teorií výuky dospělých.
Student odvede minimálně jednu low-fidelity simulaci včetně debriefingu.
Student ovládá základní techniky debriefingu.

Teaching methods (in Czech)
— e-learning, který slouží pro domácí přípravu, která umožňuje redukovat teoretické bloky během workshopu na minimum — praktický jednodenní workshop, zaměřený na jednotlivé techniky s aktivním zapojením účastníků
