Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s významem, metodami a možnostmi preimplantačního genetického vyšetření.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Student bude po absolvování předmětu:
- znát principy používaných technik genetického vyšetření
- schopen určit, ve kterých případech použít jednotlivé metody genetického testování
- znát genetické poruchy a choroby, které lze genetickým testováním vyloučit.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • -Historie preimplantačního genetického testování (PGT)
  • -Indikace a klinické aspekty PGT
  • -Technické aspekty provádění biopsie (biopsie polárního tělíska, blastomer, trofoektodermu)
  • -Metody genetické analýzy (FISH, PCR,WGA, aCGH, NGS, Karyomapping)
  • -Preimplantační genetické testování aneuploidií (PGT-A)
  • -Preimplantační genetické testování strukturních aberací (PGT-SR)
  • -Preimplantační genetické testování monogenních chorob (PGT-M)
  • -Preimplantační genetické testování predispozic k závažným nemocem
  • -Preimplantační genetická haplotypizace
  • -Testování geneticko-reprodukční kompatibility páru
  • -Interpretace výsledků genetického vyšetření, těhotenství po PGT Význam genetického testování (eliminace genetických chorob, mosaicismus, deselekce a rating embryí pro transfer)
  • -Etická pravidla a legislativa, psychologický faktor
