Course objectives
The aim of this course is to reflect the continuous practice of students, to allow work to integrate the acquired experience. Attention is paid to evaluate the services of the establishment, using methods and techniques work, with   regard to the need for the client. Subject emphasis on supervision to work independently with the student     clients in the device. Attention is paid to the appraisal services of the equipment and methods used work, with   the needs of clients.
Syllabus
  • Department: hospital for long-term care, geriatric departments
  • Characteristic of the workplace, which is exercised professional experience the organizational structure of the workplace.
  • Description of individual workers.
  • Personal equipment, track clients.
  • Legislation to work in the facility   governed.
  • Conducting client's case file, the problem of obtaining information, their validity.
  • Typology of social problems of clients selected department.
  • Institutions, agencies and organizations cooperating in solving social problems of clients each facility.
  • Evaluation of the services provided by the facility   comment on the methods used.
  • Forms of information and social clients of a workplace. Conducting record of   clients.
  •   Visit a client in a family environment, record visits.
  •   Protection of personality in the family environment.
  • Individual work with the client     casuistical supervision in the seminar.
