BZOP0131 - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
- Course objectives
- Practicing and mastering the professional activities of the implementation of the nursing process in the specified group of patients under natural conditions of medical practice. Implementation of individual nursing care based on understanding biopsychosocial needs of a client's problems, the determination of nursing diagnoses, goals and action plans and evaluation of nursing interventions. Formation of professional features sisters. Consolidation of communicative skills. Student will become familiar with the nature of treatment unit, medical personnel, equipment care unit, medical documentation, with saving devices.
- Syllabus
- The target knowledge and skills: The student will be able to verbally articulate and document the problems and needs of the patient in the biological, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual. Student will be able to provide reception, translation and release the patient. Student will be able to operate on the basis of their knowledge of the needs of patients to accept and give oral reports on referral services. Student will be able to actively work with its sister documentation. Student will be able to implement measures for the prevention of nosocomial infections and provide care for used equipment (mechanical cleaning, disinfection equipment, preparation equipment for sterilization, sterile handling aids).
