Předpokladem je pouze základní zkušenost s prací na PC. Kurz je nabízen studentům a všem členům akademické obce Sekce biologie na Přírodovědecké fakultě MU a postgraduálním studentům a zaměstnancům Lékařské fakulty MU. Přihlášky řádných studentů Lékařské fakulty jsou možné pokud jejich počet nepřesáhne kapacitu kurzu. Při překročení kapacity kurzu jsou upřednostňováni postgraduální studenti LF MU.

Abstract
The subject provides basic knowledge a skills about computer's network. Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to understand the network terminology; to connect personal computer to Internet; to use network services; to reduce risk of lost of data or secret information

Výuka probíhá blokově. Jarní termín je vyhrazen primárně pro zdravotnické obory. Termín výuky pro období jaro 2015 je: Povinná přednáška: 20.3.2015 od 15:30 - 17:30 - Kamenice 126/3 6.patro - počítačová učebna Brno-Bohunice Po povinné přednášce následuje písemný test.
