- Course objectives
- Lectures provide insight into non-oncology and hematology, oncology and its relationship to intensive care, so that the student was able to understand the basic context of pathological conditions resulting in hematology. An integral part of the lecture will be in the field of transfusion medicine, which gives the student an overview of the current opportunities in this field. During the lectures will be placed emphasis on interdisciplinary issues (relationship to other internal and surgical disciplines) and the specifics of hematology patients.
- Learning outcomes
- student is well versed in the problems of pathological conditions in hematooncology; student is well versed in the problems of pathological conditions in non-oncology hematology; student defines principles, indications and complications associated with autologous transplantation; student defines principles, indications and complications associated with allogeneic transplantation; student demonstrates knowledge in the field of transfusion medicine student defines the essential requirements and possibilities of intensive treatment with sets of diseases
