- Abstract
- The aim of the course is developing critical thinking skills through reflection and deepening the process of reflected nursing practice. The content of the course is a supervisory reflection of the main topic in the context of professional practice. In this course, the main topic is the organization and implementation of supervisory work in helping professions - the supervisory minimum.
- Learning outcomes
- Define theoretical aspects of supervisory work in helping professions. Name managerial activities in planning and organizing nursing supervision. Implement professional self-reflection. Know the requirements of reflected nursing practice.

- Studenti budou děleni do skupin. Úspěšné ukončení semináře je podmíněno aktivní účastí v seminářích (80%) a průběžným plněním úkolů a jejich odevzdáním v dohodnutých termínech (reflektivní deník a profesní portfolio). Students will be divided into groups. Successful completion of the seminar is conditioned by active participation in seminars (80%) and continuous tasks and their submission in agreed deadlines (reflective journal and professional portfolio).
