Course objectives
The aim of the course is developing critical thinking skills through reflection and deepening the process of reflected nursing practice. The content of the course is a supervisory reflection of the main topic in the context of professional practice. In this course, the main topic is the organization and implementation of supervisory work in helping professions - the supervisory minimum.
Learning outcomes
Define theoretical aspects of supervisory work in helping professions. Name managerial activities in planning and organizing nursing supervision. Implement professional self-reflection. Know the requirements of reflected nursing practice.

  • Theoretical anchoring of supervision work in helping professions. Managerial requirements for the implementation of supervisory work. Reflection of the learning process within the supervisory work.
