Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to give to students some overview of reciprocal relations between Czechs and Poles, occasionally their near neighbours. In the centre of interest will be important landmarks of Czech-Polish relations from Middle Ages to 18th century.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to summarize and describe the development of Czech-Polish relations from the Middle Ages to the present.

  • 1. Early Middle Ages. 2. High Middle Ages. 3. Late Middle Ages. 4. 16th century. 5. 17th and 18th century. 6. Silesia in mutual relations.
