Abstract
The objective of the course is to learn basic experimental methods in current chemistry. Mainly methods of instrumental analysis.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this course the student will gain: basic skills of their choice in the selected analytical methods such as Atomic absorption spectrometry. Molecular absorption spectrometry (spectrophotometry). Atomic Emission Spectrometry. Photoluminescence methods. ICP. Extraction. Liquid chromatography. Gas chromatography. Potentiometry. Conductometry. Electrophoresis Capillary electrophoresis. Isotachoforesis capillary isotachoforesis. Polarography. Mass spectrometry MALDI-TOF. Tandem method
