- Abstract
- The aim of the course is to broaden students' professional experience. The course opens the space for creative conception of assistantship practice with overlap to other disciplines and educational formats. It allows students to apply artistic skills in new contexts and to foster original outcomes. Reflection on these experiences and sharing of inspiration across the discipline is an important part of this. Students focus on practical outcomes in art education with an emphasis on interdisciplinary connections and creative approaches to the educational process.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - characterize the possibilities of interdisciplinary links between art education in the primary education environment; - design and implement an art project using knowledge from assistant practice; - apply art skills in a variety of pedagogical and interdisciplinary contexts; - Reflect and evaluate the progress and outcomes of the project in relation to the educational objectives and feedback from participants; - present their project and defend its educational and artistic contribution in a group discussion or professional sharing.
