Prerequisites
The course is primarily intended for students of bachelor and master studies of German language and literature at the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Arts, but students from other fields are welcome.

Course objectives
The goal is to provide a theoretical and practical basis for working with authentic materials and to confront students with linguistic reality (advertisements, slogans, short films, music videos, etc.). In this course, in the first phase, students acquire a theoretical basis in the area of ​​theoretical concepts of authenticity, especially in German as a foreign language, and then they will create their own didactics using authentic material.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to work with authentic texts at school.
