Presumtions: Active participation in seminars. Writing a scientific essay on the subject of development of personality and social competence. Self-reflection - interview and defense of the scientific essay.

Course objectives

The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the fundamentals of the theory of personality-social development in the form of socio-psychological training, to acquire the competence to prepare and implement partial techniques of interaction training in their practice/profession and in the practical training to gain a view on their own interaction skills (perceptional, communication, organizational) and social features influencing relationships with people and personal interaction style.

Syllabus

• The course acquaints students with the possibilities of applying social-psychological training techniques in their professional practice. It informs (with demonstration elements) about techniques of interaction exercises (etudes, solution of model problematic situations, psychodrama, sociodrama, psychogames, etc.) It provides basic information on the nature of the solving group and the climate in it. About the principles of the training group's activities, about the methods and techniques of feedback in the solving group, etc. They focus on the psychological aspects of the cultivation of social skills (perceptional, interactive, communication) and skills related to the pedagogical practice of students. The output of the course is: theoretical knowledge - verification of the acquired knowledge in the preparation for the exercise (the theoretical basis for working with the training group). application skills - active participation and completion of exercises (interaction etudes; model situations) and self-reflection record of training
