Presumtions: - Form of workshops, students prove thein theoretical knowledge gained during the lector is explanation. - Outcome are individua students projects, which they defend during the examination.

Course objectives
During the course, the students: Will develop the skills in the field of cooperation, communication and leadership; these will be used for building up the future work teams, focusing on the institutions in the supporting fields. Will sort out the pieces of knowledge with interdisciplinary usage in the field of social psychology, psychology of work and management, personnel management and management, etc.
Learning outcomes
Student: ● is orientated in contemporary theories of leadership, methods and techniques that put theory into practice ● is able to work with information sources and their use in conducting and promoting NO dealing critically with the given areas ● is able to prepare, implement and evaluate potential projects ● is able to analyze the specifics of diverse target groups with regard to the work organization with them
