Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to provide a complex perspective on education of the elementary social sciences topics.
Learning outcomes
At the end a student will be able to:
  • vybrat vhodná témata umožňující zkoumání a objevování dětmi předškolního věku a navrhnout činnosti, které budou dostatečně názorné a přitom pro děti bezpečné;
  • evaluate critically available methods and ideas, choose and create materials with respect to correctness, adequacy and safety;
  • lead children to an active realization of a landscape, human products and traditions;
  • with help of activities based on own experiences build a positive relationship to the environs;
  • appreciate benefity of simple activities like observation, manipulation, telling the stories, drama etc.
