Course objectives
The goal is by means of active work with francophone literature for children to enable the students to get acquainted with its specific features and to appreciate its importance in foreign language teaching.
Syllabus
  • 1.Analysis and criticism of texts oriented on young readers. 2.Text analysis from the thematic view. 3.Comparison with another thematically related text. 4.Historical text analysis. 5.Text analysis of French children literature authors from the beginnings up to now. 6.Analysis of specific genres and comics. 7.Individual work with selected texts.
