Na konci tohoto kurzu bude student schopen: interpretovat problematiku ekologických zákonitostí. Základy fungování ekosystémů jak přirozených tak i pozměněných. Souvislosti a vztahy ekologických a environmentálních problémů. Podíl techniky a společnosti. Globální problémy lidstva. Teorie a praxe trvale udržitelného rozvoje (TUR). Význam ekologicko-environmentálního vzdělávání a výchovy. Základní legislativa.

Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: - work (1) with informations about ecological categories (population, ecosystem); - know (2) difference between ecology and environmentalistic; - understand (3) global environmental problems; - work (4)with ecological-environmental informations; - make (5) environmetally positive deductions. In the lecture crucial problems of the contemporary human society are discussed – usage of natural resources and conversion of environment. Lecture is intent on education of students - future teachers.
