Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to improve and broaden students knowledge of school management acquired in the master programme.
Syllabus
  • Topics Educational politics and macro-management of education. Functions, stages and managing activities of educational institutions. Personality of a manager. Psychological aspects of school management. Educational standards as an instrument of management in educational process. Basic legal norms in the Czech educational management (laws, public notices). Marketing and school External school climate. Structure of the Czech educational system. Internal school climate. School climate. School culture. School evaluation. Educational politics in the EU.
