- Course objectives
- The purpose of courses in subject Basics of pedagogy is to map basic pedagogical disciplines, constructs, methods and theories. The basic line of studies represents analysis of contamporary pedagogical – educational problems and the process of euducational transformation of czech educational system after the year 1989. Teh aim of the courses is to estabilish by students basic knowledges in the branch of structure and function of pedagogy as a science. At the end of the course, the students will be able to: - Define the basic pedagogical terms. - Explain the basics and the structure of pedagogy as a part of the social sciences. - Explain the topical issues of the pedagogy and outline the possibilities to solve them, based on the reading and own experience. - Evaluate the importance of the topics covered for the theory and practice.

- 1. Conception and subject fo pedagogy. 2. Basic pedagogical categories. 3. Czech pedagogical – educational system. 4. Essence of new eduaction movement, reformative pedagogy. 5. Significant educational documents in „afer november“ czech pedagogy, curricullum. 6. Individual and social signification of education. 7. Family. 8. Pedagogical skills of teacher. 9. Evaluation of pupils. 10. Educational conceptions of chosen pedagogues.
