Course objectives

The aim of this subject is to provide overview about special education and about the system of education of pupils with SEN (special education needs).

Syllabus (in Czech)

• Současné pojetí speciální pedagogiky, systém péče o postižené, srovnání se zahraničím, možnosti integrace, legislativa. Základní terminologie, kategorie, metody a diagnostika ve speciální pedagogice, Etiologie, klasifikace jednotlivých poruch a vad, možnosti nápravy, aplikace ve výuce. Přehled škol a školských zařízení pro edukaci žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Integrovaný pedagogicko-poradenský systém.
