- Course objectives
- After passing the course, students will be able to apply basic knowledge and practical skills regarding health preventive physical education and motoric regime, hygienic and safety requirements of impaired people's motoric activities. Exercises in the gym, on the pitch, in the fitness centre or in the swimming pool allow for acquisition of practical skills necessary for health preventive motoric activities in the day-to-day regime. An emphasis is put on the balancing, compensation and relaxation exercises for impaired people. A part of the subject are also theoretical topics and practical exercises in the physical education facilities (gym, pitch, fitness centre, swimming pool).

- 1. The importance of motoric activities for the health 2. Motoric regime and health-oriented fitness 3. Supporting and influencing the aerobic fitness 4. Supporting and influencing the muscular fitness 5. Supporting and influencing the body posture 6. Motoric activities in and outside of the school 7. Hygiene of the motoric activities and the respective environment, safety of motoric activities 8. The issue of inappropriate support instruments (e.g., drugs) 9. Motoric activities of impaired people 10. Warm-up exercises 11. Stretching, relaxation and reinforcement exercises 12. Exercises for impaired people
