- Course objectives
- Main objectives To offer to the students • Teoretical principles psycho-regulation • Practical and self-experiential training of special technics of autohypnosis and autogenous training, which are purposed to prevent the fatique, to recover the psychice eficience, to increase concentration and working ability • Experience in application of this method in defferent areas of human activities On the end of this courses the student should be able: self-implementation these psycho-regulative method using autohypnoz to optimize mental activity.
- Syllabus
- • Mental hygenie, organization and ethic principals of training; • The procedure of psycho-regulation, basic exercises, hetero-training, auto-training, dissimilarities; • Autogenous training; • Psycho-fysiological mechanisms of psycho-regulation; • Hypnosis; • Auto-hypnosis by the use of programming ritual; • Sub-conscious and sub-sensoric perception ; • Rational, logic, imagin and figuarative ways of influence; • Experience in application of this method in defferent areas of human activities o Auto-ophthalmo-training, method against visual fatique; o Application of Psycho-regulation in proces of study; o Application of Psycho-regulation in proces of socialization mentally handicaped people. Changes of psychophysiological parameters (the level of activity, brain activity) under the influence of psychoregulation; o Experience in application of this method against burn out syndrom.

- Teaching methods
- The course could be classified as educativ- experiencial program, which are based on self-reflecion and feedbacks. In one part of the course will be learnt theoretical basics and the other part is for practice.
- Assessment methods
- Two credits. For successful conclusion is required 70 % attendence an reflexive self-experience of this method by certain approach and written test (15 questions).
