Course objectives
Main objectives To offer to the students • Teoretical principles psycho-regulation • Practical and self-experiential training of special technics of autohypnosis and autogenous training, which are purposed to prevent the fatique, to recover the psychice eficience, to increase concentration and working ability • Experience in application of this method in defferent areas of human activities On the end of this courses the student should be able: self-implementation these psycho-regulative method using autohypnoz to optimize mental activity.
Syllabus
  • • Mental hygenie, organization and ethic principals of training; • The procedure of psycho-regulation, basic exercises, hetero-training, auto-training, dissimilarities; • Autogenous training; • Psycho-fysiological mechanisms of psycho-regulation; • Hypnosis; • Auto-hypnosis by the use of programming ritual; • Sub-conscious and sub-sensoric perception ; • Rational, logic, imagin and figuarative ways of influence; • Experience in application of this method in defferent areas of human activities o Auto-ophthalmo-training, method against visual fatique; o Application of Psycho-regulation in proces of study; o Application of Psycho-regulation in proces of socialization mentally handicaped people. Changes of psychophysiological parameters (the level of activity, brain activity) under the influence of psychoregulation; o Experience in application of this method against burn out syndrom.

Teaching methods
The course could be classified as educativ- experiencial program, which are based on self-reflecion and feedbacks. In one part of the course will be learnt theoretical basics and the other part is for practice.
Assessment methods
Two credits. For successful conclusion is required 70 % attendence an reflexive self-experience of this method by certain approach and written test (15 questions).
