- At the end of the course students should be able to:
define and justify the use of CLIL in Czech schools
set the subject and language aims for CLIL lessons
plan,teach and evaluate a CLIL lesson
identify useful materials for CLIL teaching - Key topics
- 1. What is CLIL and how to apply it to a Basic school education
- 2. Varieties of CLIL and foreign experience
- 3. Rationale for using CLIL in a Basic school
- 4. Lesson planning in CLIL – setting the aims and choosing the methods
