Course objectives
The aim is to stimulate students' interest in the issue of personnel management in enterprises and organizations. Students will be introduced to basic concepts in the field and in the examples, case studies, learn about some practices in personnel practice. The course consists of ten selected issues from the area of personnel management in organizations. Students will learn the basic areas of personnel management issues in organizations. The lectures are familiar with modern trends in personnel management. The course is also the world's leading examples of companies that are pioneers in the field of human resources. Marginally be mentioned peculiarities of human resources in small organizations.
