Course objectives
After completing the course, students will be able to: - Explain the processes associated with construction activities. - Clarify the principles and processes and linkages in the implementation of technological stages earthworks.
Syllabus
  • A brief syllabus: 1st Introduction to the discipline of technology buildings. Analysis of the process. The principle of the modeling process, the project process. 2nd Earth processes work. Making buildings, the definition of the excavation, scratches, pits. Modalities and procedures for their implementation. Appropriate machinery. 3rd Foundation engineering processes. Technology policies and procedures for conducting the foundations of a deep-sea area. Ways of anchoring the top structures to the foundations of buildings, qualitative terms. 4th Shuttering of concrete structures - elementna systems and special. Principles of design, static assessment and implementation. Economic assessment. 5th Processes reinforcement Reinforced Concrete Structures. Preparation for reinforcements, technological lines. The principle of saving reinforcements into the mold, cover with concrete reinforcement. 6th Concrete processes. Production, transportation, storage, processing and treatment of fresh concrete. Control of freezing and solidification, the shuttering. Technology breaks. 7th Masonry processes. The principle of the walls of   bricks, bricks and stones. Basic rules of detention walls. Modular, technological and quality requirements. Organizational structure and timing. 8th The principle of masonry and the creation of the ceilings of modern materials of the type   POROTHERM, Hebel, Ytong, Keratherm, etc. The technological principle, working procedures, requirements for the quality and accuracy. 9th Assembly processes. Assembly of objects   prefabricated reinforced. The principle of production, transport and storage of prefabricated elements. Readiness of the site for assembly. Assembly procedures, cranes, optimization of their choice. Quality requirements for prefabricated structures. 10th Steel structures. Production of components, the transport and storage. Readiness of the site for assembly. Optimization methods and procedures of assembly. Requirements for the quality and accuracy of assembled objects. 11. Wooden structures and objective. Implementation of modern and classical roofs, bonded construction and assembly. Timber, the manufacture and assembly. Quality requirements. 12th The establishment of vertical external cladding of buildings. Policies and procedures assembly tires silicate sandwich, quality control. 13. The establishment of roof cladding buildings. Policies and procedures assembly roof tires. Implementation of folded sheets, quality control. 14th Including metal coatings and the facade of the house. Readiness of the building, a series of processes, Merger quality requirements. 15th Business and protective scaffolding. Species breakdown. Working procedures and principles of the assembly of scaffolding. The project scaffolding, static assessment, stability, security measures.
