Course of dramatical education (festival) Presumtions: Record of watched theatre performances – own evaluation. Record of structured interview with the leader of theatre ensamle.

Course objectives
The aim of this course is to gain some insight into the standards of contemporary amateur theatre, be it performed by children, teenagers or adults. The student will gain such insight by active participation at theatre festivals (Detska scena, Jirasek’s Hronov, Prima sezona, Wolker’s Prostejov), active participation in analysing seminars, own evaluation of attended performances. At the end of this course, the student will be able to professionally describe the standard of contemporary amateur theatre scene, analyse recitation or stage appearances, argue a stand against a board of opponents and give reasons for own evaluation, assess the artistic outputs with specifically aimed argumentation.
