Course objectives
The course is a detailed analysis of the Russian text, based on knowledge of lexicology and stylistics of Russian language. Subject develops and clarifies the knowledge of the linguistic analysis of text, particularly artistic.
Syllabus
  • Text as an object of philological analysis. The term "text" and "discourse". Artistic text as a linguistic phenomenon. Current methods of analysis. The structure of the Russian artistic text. Objectives and stages of linguistic text analysis. Analysis of lexical units in the work of Akhmatova and Mandelstam. Analysis of syntactic units in the works of Blok and Pasternak. Analysis of the prosaic text of Bunin. Copyright symbols and images in poetic texts "silver age". Image of the author. Analysis of speech style. Categories of time and space in the Russian artistic text. Comprehensive linguistic analysis of artistic text.

Teaching methods
The subject will be taught by a seminar form. Students will work on the analysis of submitted texts.
Assessment methods
Students with teacher will analyze Russian artistic text.
