Prerequisites
Students understand the main legal terms, they understand the classification of the Czech legal system, they know main principles of the law-making procedure, they know about the legal areas, especially the school legislation and the right of equal treatment.

Abstract
tudents aquire main legal terms and main terms of Czech constitutional and legal system. They are well informed about main principles of the administrative system and about possibilities of the trial and other procedural defence. They will be able to analyze human – rights documents and documents of the equal treatment legislation as well as the Czech school legislation and school system.
